Author, Educator, and Mental Health Advocate

JaneA Kelley is alive today because of a cat. As an author, educator, and mental health advocate, they share their story of struggling with their mental health since childhood in order help others to understand that healing, and even joy, are possible. They help folks living with mental illnesses to understand their illness and be able to advocate for themselves, and they bring a perspective of lived experience to mental health providers to help them understand their patients’ concerns. They live in the Pacific Northwest with two cats and a whole bunch of books.
