Operations Manager at RAMPD, Business Manager for artist Lachi
Arthur Gwynne is the operations manager for RAMPD, a fast-growing platform connecting the music industry with disability-inclusive solutions while offering community, opportunity and resources to music professionals with disabilities and neurodivergence. Arthur also manages the career of award-winning recording artist and globally touring personality, Lachi, running a diverse team of about twenty employees and agents, booking national tours, negotiating major contracts, and interfacing with major brands, donors and public figures on a weekly basis.
Identifying as neurodivergent himself, Arthur's mission has been to break down the silos and barriers between disability-oriented projects and mainstream discussions in order to build community. Arthur often speaks openly how he juggles the high-pressure music and entertainment industry while juggling his mental health as a neurodivergent manager, his journey of disclosure, and how he now proselytizes for universal access, disability pride and inclusive community building.
