Relationships take time to build whether they are friendships, All business, or, romantic. Savannah Reynolds wanted to build strong relationships but found that making them was difficult after being homeschooled, spending years trying to be the best gymnast she could be and dealing with confidence issues do to having a port wine stain birthmark. After years of this struggle Savannah was able to find piece through meditation, yoga, and becoming a vegan. while there is nothing wrong with trying to be the best you can be in anything you want chasing perfection can have hugely negative effect on your body and mind so the next time your frustrated with life simply take a breath and imbrace the now for that as all we have. Now, she practices yoga, meditation and breathwork, commits to getting to know herself more everyday, and advocates for peace for all beings. She finds joy in connection, movement, nature, animals and community. She is an advocate for laughter, play, inner child work, shadow work and shining out authentic light.
